Product Overview
The 3706A CAL DU from Keithley is a six slot system switch with high performance 7.5 digit DMM. It offers scalable, instrument grade switching and multi-channel measurement solutions that are optimized for automated testing of electronic products and components. To provide users with greater versatility when designing test systems, the 3706A is equipped with many standard features. It has 100.00000mV to 300.00000V DC volt, 1.0000000 ohm to 100.00000Mohm resistance, 1.000Kohm continuity (2W), 10.000000µA to 3.0000000A DC current, -150 to 760°C (J type) temperature, 100.0000mV to 300.0000V AC volt, 1.000000mA to 3.000000A AC current DMM specifications. A 14 digital I/O lines are also included which are programmable and can be used to control external devices such as component handlers. The base model 3706A mainframe has three options for added flexibility. This has compact 2U height (3.5inch/89mm) enclosure that easily accommodates the needs of medium to high channel count applications.
