The Atlas fully integrated digital internal voice mail module (available as an option
or as part of several bundled packages) eliminates third party vendor voice mail
compatibility problems, and gives you big voice mail performance at a
very competitive price.
Record
You can assign a "RECORD" BUTTON ON YOUR
Atlas Keyphone. While on an outside call, you
can press the "RECORD" button and record that
outside call. The recorded call will be saved as a
message in your mailbox. This recording can
be treated as any message: you can listen to it,
forward it, delete it, etc.
DTMF Programming Commands
The format for DTMF commands have been
grouped together for clarity and to eliminate
conflicts. The existing password must be
entered before it can be changed.
Individual Main Company Greetings - Per Line
Each Port can be assigned its own individual
main greeting. This allows you to serve more
than one company on the system.
Selectable Timeout For Each End Of Message Script
If the caller dials nothing by the end of the
script message then the selected task will be
executed. The end of the message timeout (0-9
Seconds) can be set individually for each script.
Station Message Light Notification
The unit can be programmed to light the
message waiting LED on the phones whenever
a new message is received or only when the
first new message is received and the mailbox
contains no other unheard new messages.
One Button Internal Message Response
Mailbox owners can reply to messages
received from other mailbox owners with a
single keystroke. (you do not have to enter the
mailbox number)
Additional Menu Options After Leaving A Message
After leaving a message in a mailbox, the caller
has additional options such as dialing another
extension, transfer to the operator or return to
the main menu.
Adjustable Recording Length
The maximum length for messages and script
recordings can be set from 1 to 9 minutes.
Directory Listing (Dial By Name)
Outside callers have access to a dial by name
directory (can be first or last name). Directory
listings are entered by each mailbox owner in
their mailbox options menu.
Number Of Messages Announcement
When the mailbox owner enters the mailbox to
retrieve messages the owner will hear how
many new and saved messages are stored in
his mailbox.
Adjust Daylight Savings Time
The operator can advance the clock by one
hour or bring the clock back one hour from the
opening greeting menus.

Announcement Mailboxes
Any configured mailbox can be changed to an
announcer mailbox. It will play its greeting
message when reached. It will not record
incoming messages.
Local And External Message Notification
It is possible to activate both Local (Message
waiting light) and External (Cell Phone / Pager)
notification at the same time.
Pager Notification
Up to 40 digits (counting pauses) can be
entered for each pager number.
External Notification Active Time
You can configure the time period which the
mailbox owners will receive external
notification (telephone and pager). For
example: 08:00 – 22:00 would allow external
notification between the hours of 8:00 am and
10:00 pm.
Full Backup And Restore
The entire contents of a system can be copied
through the serial port to a PC or laptop. This
file can be downloaded into the same or
another system.
