Features:

• Check-in with Smart Search - Allows you to find a specific room type before check-in. (i.e. 2 double beds, a king size bed, or even a water bed)
• Room types - Each room can be set up by the number and type of beds, by the room amenities available (i.e. ocean front views or handicap). Best of all, you name the room types
• Reservation system - The innFone a offers basic reservation system allowing the operator to set reservations based upon dates and room types
• User log-in / out - The system allows each user their own unique password linking them with all their transactions. This provides easy future references for transactions
• 911 Emergency Alert with audible message - When a quest dials 911 the operator console(s) are notified. The display shows the station initiating the call and the multimedia speakers attached to the PC give an audible message
• Room Costing - Allows the manager the ability to easily set and change room rates according to room types or time of season
• Full Call Accounting -Allows tracking of multiple taxes, surcharge tables and rate tables
• Digit Matching Technology - The innFone utilizes a sophisticated matching digit table to cost the calls properly. The system is also flexible to allow the addition of future dialing scenarios (i.e. addition of new area codes and 10 digit dialing of local area codes)
• Deposit limit - Allows the hotel to automatically track and shut off a rooms telephone privileges once that limit is exceeded
• Maid Tracking with reports - Allows the ability to set a room as clean, dirty or in need of service. This can be done at a room, hotel console or at the innFone computer
