The Identifier has features found in no other Multi-Line Caller ID device. The software interface is full featured, well thought out, and simple to use. Identifier boxes daisy chain to accommodate any number of phone lines. No jumper settings, special cables, or line size limitations.

The Identifier can tell you the date, time, length of call, phone number, and line number for all incoming and outgoing calls. It can tell you the number of rings and type of distinctive ring on incoming calls. It also gives you the Caller ID name. It can give you these details in real time as they occur or store all this information for the last 512 calls (offline, unlimited with software). The Identifier comes in 2, 4, and 8 line models. These units daisy chain up to any number of phone lines.

Included is a simple contact management program for Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, & XP. This program simply logs every incoming and outgoing call into a database. It features instant and automatic database retrieval of customer records before the phone is answered and automatic logging of all outgoing calls. Tracks name, phone number, time, date, length of call, and any notes (see screenshot below). Also available: free Visual Basic and Microsoft Access modules for integrating the data stream into any Visual Basic or Microsoft Access application.
