Extreme Networks will provide advanced replacement of a defective product by shipping a like or equivalent product model in accordance with the response times for each applicable Service Plan.
For 48 Hour and NBD AHR, Extreme Networks must approve the RMA relating to the defective product by 2 p.m. in the time zone where your nearest Extreme Networks TAC is located Monday through Friday in order to ship the replacement product the same business day. Response times for 48 Hour and NBD AHR shall be measured from Extreme Networks shipment date. Extreme Networks will ship the product in accordance with the following delivery methods: (i) 2 business day delivery for 48 Hour AHR, (ii) next business day delivery for NBD AHR, or (iii) in countries in South America (excluding Brazil and Argentina) where next business day or two business day delivery methods are not available, Extreme Networks will use the most expedited delivery method available. Extreme Networks is not responsible for any delays in delivery related to freight or courier delays, export or customs regulations or processes.
