The DoALL CP-21A heavy duty, automatic productions power saw has a large 21"" round and square cutting capacity. The saw features a 30 saw head tilt that minimizes band twist and blade fatigue for longer blade life. A split style front vise holds the workpiece on both sides of the cut to reduce cycle times and minimize burrs. The floating style index assembly with automatic multiple indexing pivots right or left to accommodate crooked stock for greater accuracy. Other features include dual range vise clamping to allow higher clamp forces for larger work pieces, a 36"" high chip auger discharge chute the permits the use of a 55 gallon drum for chip collection, and a quick start feature that allows automatic setting of band speed and feed rates based on material type to minimize set up time and reduce scrape costs.
