DND - Toggle do not disturb state.

TRANSFER - Transfer calls to other
phones inside or outside of the office (or, if
the line is busy, directly into voice mail).

MUTE - Mute the handset, headset, or
speakerphone microphone.

HOLD - Place a call on hold; a reminder
tone will play every thirty seconds.

HANDSFREE - Access the built-in
speakerphone.
