Call routing
With up to seven customized routing options, employees can manage calls any way they choose. They can program the system to forward calls to another phone, route them to another extension, send them directly to voicemail, etc. This ensures that customers and employees can find you when they need to.

Central reservations
When scheduling meetings, rooms and resources are at your fingertips - you'll instantly know which space and which assets are available.

Centralized document storage
All users' documents can be stored on the Bizfon 7000 server or a designated PC. This lets team members share files easily - and ensures that everyone has access to the latest version of a document!

Contact management
With a single shared database, everyone in your company can have access to the most recent customer and supplier data. This will greatly enhance your relationship management efforts. Plus, the system features Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) phone integration. TAPI is the interface standard adopted by both the computer software and telephone industries.

Group calendars

    • Play voice mail messages on your PC from a WAV file. User can respond to the voice mail through their email and Bizfon 7000 does the rest.
Administrator Software
