But much like life insurance where costs rise as we age, the cost for any kind of warranty will rise as the equipment ages. To make sure you are offered the longest terms for the lowest rates, the Allworx Extended Warranty must be purchased within 3 months (90 Days) of your initial purchase of the Allworx equipment.

• 1.1. Allworx warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 48 months starting on the date of expiration of the 1 year standard manufacturer's warranty. Allworx does not warrant that the Products will meet the user's requirements or that the operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• 1.2. This limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Allworx' option, with reasonable promptness after its being returned to Allworx with transportation charges prepaid. This limited warranty does not extend to any Product which in the reasonable judgment of Allworx, has been subject to neglect, improper installation, accident or acts of nature, nor does it extend to any Product which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than an Allworx authorized representative. Also excluded are all cords and cordage.
• 1.3. EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER RIGHTS OR REMEDIES. IN NO EVENT WILL ALLWORX OR NEOBITS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND DAMAGES FOR LOST DATA OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ALLWORX OR NEOBITS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLWORX' OR NEOBITS' LIABILITY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS.
• 1.4. ALL CLAIMS OF ANY TYPE BY PURCHASER AGAINST ALLWORX MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN THE APPLICABLE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS OR BE FOREVER BARRED.
• 1.5. THE REMEDIES EXPRESSED IN THIS CONTRACT ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE.
• 1.6. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT AND THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCTS APPLY TO THE RETURN OF GOODS UNDER THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT POLICIES IN PLACE AT ALLWORX AT THE TIME.
